Okay, but problems

The games are okay although the scoring is bizarre: One can score in the high 90 percentile range but not qualify for the advanced level in some games.
The biggest problem is renewal. Two years in a row I was double charged due to bugs in their renewal process. Fortunately, from Apple but not Rosetta Stone, I was able to get a refund. This is the last time I will attempt to renew.
